Stowe House

Stowe House

Stowe House dates back to 1680’s and sits in the internationally renowned landscape gardens managed by The National Trust.

The Morton Partnership has worked on various phases and repairs to the Stowe House Mansion for almost 20 years, including a complete re-roofing of the central mansion and Colonnades, masonry repairs and internal works to the Marble Hall Saloon. Part of our works included a large clear span scaffold of 34 metres where we worked closely with the temporary works engineer during the design development, to reduce the impact on the existing fabric.

We continue advising both The Stowe House Preservation Trust and Stowe School, as well as undertaking works in the landscape gardens for The National Trust.
